LIKWID is a decentralized finance protocol designed to enable permissionless margin trading, lending, and asset swapping through a unified liquidity model (“Protocol”).
The Protocol allows users to engage in decentralized financial operations including—but not limited to—swapping, borrowing, lending, and leveraged trading of crypto assets. The Protocol does not guarantee any returns, yields, or profits through the use of any of its features. Your use of the Protocol is entirely at your own risk.
The Protocol is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Assumption of Risk
By using the Protocol and associated services (“Services”), you acknowledge and assume all risks related to:
- the volatility of digital assets;
- the inherent risk of decentralized systems and smart contracts;
- the potential for unauthorized access, exploitation, or attack;
- limited recourse and potential total loss of assets;
- failures or vulnerabilities in software, blockchain networks, or wallet services;
- inaccuracies or outdated information displayed by the interface;
- actions by third parties interacting with the same liquidity pools or protocol components.
You acknowledge that LIKWID does not rely on oracles and does not maintain control over market data, liquidity composition, or collateral conditions. As a result, protocol outcomes—including liquidation, slippage, or impermanent loss—are determined entirely on-chain, automatically, and without human intervention.
The costs and performance of interactions with EVM-compatible networks may fluctuate due to congestion, gas prices, or other protocol-level variables. You understand that asset values can fall to zero and that leveraged trading increases the risk of loss.
In the event of liquidation, your positions or collateral may be automatically executed or seized based on pre-set parameters of the smart contracts. You agree that LIKWID, its contributors, or affiliated developers are not liable for any losses or damages you may suffer.
No Personal Data Collected
LIKWID is a non-custodial, permissionless protocol that does not collect personal data. Your interaction with the Protocol occurs exclusively through your public wallet address. Any data you choose to share—on-chain or off-chain—may not be private or secure.
By accessing or using the Protocol, you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and for understanding the associated risks. You release all parties involved in the development and deployment of the Protocol from any and all liability related to your use of the Protocol and the outcomes thereof.
